What You Will Do

In this role, you will need to provide day-to-day administrative support for employee life cycle events. Develop credible and trusted professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable business growth and partnership excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture. Working effectively to accomplish the hiring manager relationship, qualify needs, manage the candidate experience, source candidates, oversee the offer process and ensure a positive on boarding with the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations as well as the exit interviews.
  • Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose.
  • Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies such as employment contract, termination, policy, and etc.
  • Prepare monthly reports on HR-related metrics
  • Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management and process monthly claims reimbursement.
  • Manage the performance management process including tracking of team and individual goals, ensuring line managers complete performance reviews on time and providing advice in relation to performance matters.
  • Attend to employee grievances and advise on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and all other employee relations matters.
  • Design training programmes for employee development that align and deliver businesses requirements.
  • Oversee training record keeping within the business to ensure compliance and substantiation for audit purposes.
  • Manage the development and implementation of training courses identified and budgeted as appropriate to meet the needs of the business.
  • Provide support and advices employees on HR related matters where needed.
  • Responsible for any other duties as and when required.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Preferably candidate with at least 2 years of related working experience and psychology backgrounds.
  • Experience in employee and culture engagement is a plus.
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
  • Flexible and ability to prioritise tasks and deliver results in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Mature, calm, pleasant personality, positive attitude and the ability to remain discreet and handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

IT Executive

Company: Precision Control Sdn Bhd

We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable IT Professional to help our company develop, use, and integrate IT systems. Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and expertise in deploy solutions of various technologies. An ideal candidate would be both highly knowledgeable and customer-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide hardware, software, system, and network supports and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all servers, backups, firewall run smoothly
  • Direct the development, implementation, and administration of all IT
  • Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
  • Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
  • Write procedures and various technical documents
  • Maintain IT Inventory and license
  • Manage the purchase of all software, hardware, and IT supplies
  • Propose new technology and system improvement to company

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in Computer Networking (LAN/ WAN and switches) and hardware (desktop’s, laptops & printers), systems, MS365, SharePoint, computer viruses and security
  • Familiar in Information Security Management System
  • Knowledge in ERP systems and SQL Database will be an advantage
  • Experience in server or desktop installation/ troubleshooting
  • People who reach this position possess a solid knowledge of technology and the role it plays in modern business operations
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Required 2-3 years of experiences working in corporate environment is required for this position.
