What Will You Be Doing?

  • Developing and delivering system solutions & support to clients.
  • Preparing proposals and quotations for process control instrumentation, SCADA, IIOT, MES or Industry 4.0.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the contract/orders.
  • Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales.
  • Managing internal & external sales.
  • Marketing company’s products/solutions for local & overseas markets.
  • Develop sales plans to fulfil growth & revenue goals alongside the Sales Division Head.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
  • Ensuring maximum sales of our organization’s products.

Do You Have What We Are Looking For?

  • Possess a Degree in Electronic & Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable on Process Control Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA or Telemetry
  • Have 1-2 years of working experience in Instruments/ Automation (added advantage).
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and a third language is added advantage.
  • Possess good business communication skills, technical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking.
  • Willing to travel, able to work under pressure and meet project tender deadline.

Sales Engineer (IoT)

The Sales Engineer is responsible for all sales activities and implements agreed upon marketing plan which meet both personal and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in your designated region;
  • Travelling to visit potential clients;
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers;
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements;
  • Calculating client quotations;
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
  • Administering clients’ accounts;
  • Analyzing costs and sales;
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data;
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conference and other marketing events;
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs;
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Passion in IoT and Industrial Technologies.
  • Good business communication skills, technical know-how, business presentation and public speaking.

  • Knowledgeable on Process/Analytical Instrumentation, Valve
  • Have 2-3 years of sales experience in Valve/Instruments/Automation (added advantage).
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other dialect is an advantage.
  • Possess good business communication skillstechnical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking.
  • Willing to travel, able to work under pressure.

Proposal Engineer

Company: Pro Cahaya Industries Sdn Bhd is looking for a Proposal Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide pre-sales to customers;
  • Collaborating with various department and vendors in the solution design and prepare commercial proposal according to the specification and requirement;
  • Determine customer requirement and expectations in order to recommend optimistic solution;
  • Researching, collecting, exploring and reporting information on the capacity and ability of company products and solution;
  • Responsible to identify new market and business opportunities;
  • To prepare compliance/deviation list and necessary documents for tender submission;
  • Attending meeting for site visit and clarification;
  • To manage all aspects of the sales function including inside sales and order sales;
  • Recording and maintaining customers contact data;
  • Keeping records of visit and sales;
  • Taking, progressing and monitoring orders;
  • To prepare sales record and forecast as necessary;
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conference and other marketing events;

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Telecommunication;
  • Preferably to have working experience in a Sales, Pre-Sales Support, Inside Sales, Proposal Team;
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of colleagues and external parties;
  • Mature and with good work ethics and positive attitude;
  • Good computer skills and able to multi-task.
